IMHO the bikers were thugs........
pull over call in the plate then follow at a safe distance especially having the video
The driver should be arrested for depraved indifference reckless driving  not just for the drugs

Most of the bikers should be arrested for reckless driving 
Judge for yourselves  amazing nobody was killed

Those bikes could have run off and left the car at anytime.  I would have called the cops and stayed well behind until they arrived.  But, I don't ride a crotch rocket either.

A simpler SAFER solution I M H O-leave the(insert yer own tag here)in the cage to his own devices. Again as i see it-there was bad chices on both sides. The distressing part of this-after the L E Os see the vid-da no do nuttin!!  Makes me wonder if they would of had video proof of him killing/murdering/eliminating a biker what would of happened THEN?????? RIDE SAFE.

I was not a math major, but I remember enough high school physics to know:
2,000 pound enclosed cage vs. 650 pound open bike is not a good equation for the biker.
Also, take into the equation that if most of the people I know were involved (in either form of vehicle) there would have been multiple firearms on location.  All around, not a good scenario.
Don't be stupid, ride safe and avoid idiots when at all possible.

Pretty scary! Youngsters with that "gang" mentality. You think how much worst it could have been. A lot is to be said about "Darwinian" process.

Why would anyone, even a gang of bikers, think they could stop a moving car?  Yah, they could follow him until either the car or them run out of gas, but unless he stops and you break the windows to get at the driver, why chance it like that at high speeds?

I was young and stupid once and did 2-3 high speed 110 mph runs with a vehicle racing each other, but never on a cycle over 80 mph, well o.k., only once at 100 mph on a cycle for me even when young and stupider than I am now.

My question is what led up to, and who started that crap. Second why would you stay with him. Turn off and get out of there. They are all to blame. Not to mention they are all numbnuts

Road Rage?

Just last week I was almost rearended by a guy in a Land Rover on the southbound Southfield X-way. He then pulled up next to me and tried to push me off into the shoulder to get into my lane. I was wearing my ABATE colors, so he saw that I wasn't just another biker.

I gave him the finger and sped up. He really lost it when a few other cars got in front of him. He then sped up and cut me off as I was on the enterance ramp to westbound I-94.  As soon as he got on the X-way he stopped. I never slowed down, but I past him in the lane to his left. The Land Rover tried to catch up behind me but traffic blocked him. He finally passed all traffic by moving into the right lane and then passing traffic on the shoulder.

He was well ahead of me when I thought I might get his license plate number. He saw me gaining and started to speed up. I chased him and looked at my speedo; it read 125 mph and he was starting to swerve around a semitruck when it seemed he was losing control.

He swerved into the right shoulder as he braked hard in a shower of dust and road gravel when hit a disabled semi-trailer just before the I-275 southbound exit.

I just flew by and slowed down as there was construction on the I-275 overpass.

I regret that I didn't get his plate number, but I think he got his just desserts.

Oh by the way, I was carrying. But using a gun while driving is definately in bad taste and I'm sure that it could not stand up in my defense if it ever got to court.

  Car driver was an real douche....but it takes a total dumbass to take on a car with a motorcycle.  Car driver and bike riders were both in the wrong but the bikers could have ended up dead very quickly.

I've had two friends go road rage on a car driver that cut them off by accident.I was riding with them,one on a harley an the other on a VTX.They chased him at about 100mph and off the freeway.and harassed him for about 4 miles.Real dumb.I stayed back from the commotion.It was stupid and I wanted nothing to do with it.

did you read the captions at the very beginning,this cage driver is known for running bikes off the road.if the bikers were really bullies,they would have all been kicking his ass at the end.the guy in the cage should be tried for attempted murder

  Bad choices by both the bikers and the cage 

It happens all the time - the cage drivers are not always paying attention to bikers 

I seen it happen just this past weekend during an escorted Toys for Tots ride 
Seen drivers pull in and out and thru the bike procession - they waited for the cruiser to go by then slipped thru the procession of bikers - fortunetly we have learned just to excpect the cages to do stupid stuff because they do not know what to do or seem to be aware of thier suroundings  sad !! I don't see any relief 

A couple weekends before that we had a veterans ride of over 100 veterans riding thier bikes in a procession and they observed a car that drove around the rear blockers (road guards) and in between the bikes ect - he spun out at an off ramp and the police caught him. Another driver hit the retaining wall the same day, because she was suprised by the procession, of course she was on her cell phone at the same time and was not paying attention, drifting into the path of the bikes   

Fortunetly all riders made it safe and sound to thier destination

Unfortunetly it's just going to happen when we ride in a group - not all cages are tuned into bikers    They have thier own agenda and it does not include us  Just got to expect that cages are not always going to do the right thing
