  Took a ride out of desert up in mtns today up through Idyllwild and then down other side of mtn and home.  about 125 miles out of desert at 200' elevation, up to about 6500' and then down again.  Nice weather up high, but as I came back into desert it was raining. WTF, its the desert.  Roads flooded, cars splashing me, but nice and cool and home safely.  Here are some pics.  All twisting mtn roads.

Love Idyllwild ,been the many times,wish I was there with you.I too had a couple of good rides this week .Covered about 350 miles on two rides.Mostly up in the mountains to get away from the heat.Art

  There wasn't much traffic, but pics are a bit deceptive.  coolsmiley I was using GoPro HD2 with mount on windshield set to take a pic every 5 seconds so i had about 700 pics and just used a few that were not cluttered with a slow truck in front, etc.  32 GB SD card and barely made a dent in the capacity.
