My Patriot Guard group had the honor and privilege of helping with the ground breaking ceremony for a new home donated to a soldier severely injured in Afganistan.

Cpl. Jeffery Argrave sustaned major spinal cord damage during a fire fight that left him a quadraplegic.  He has endured numerious surgeries and years of rehab to gain enough independence to be able to now live on his own.  Jeffery has already overcome his biggest challenge by relearning to walk after being told that he would never be able to do so again.

The local Capitol Region Builders Association in conjunction with the Nat'l organization, "Homes for our Troops" is building and donating the house.

Cpl. Argrave is near the middle of the picture in a black shirt manning one of the shovels.

If you are riding  and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.
