Four wheels move the body, 2 wheels move the soul

Van, Texas

« on: August 04, 2012, 04:08:19 PM »

Left on my ride this morning got to Vicksburg and found out I had lost my lid to my left bag.  Rode back to the last place i filled up retraced and could not find any sign of it, not even pieces.  Did find a goldwing sideplae lol.  so I am in need of one.  black preferably but beggers can not be choosy.  If you have one you can spare let me know how much and where please.
Thanks in advance

After much searching and explicit words i have located one in Kansas at a salvage yard called OZ powersports.  I have ordered it and it is on its way.  Thanks for everyone's PM to help.

Lid came today, it is black yeah.  It has a couple of road rash scares that will be able to be sanded out easily.  Then a coat of black and clear coat and I will be in business.  the only thing that ticks me off is they told me the hardware was coming with it.  Guess what.  Will be calling them tomorrow.

Being they are local to me, i have tried to deal with them a couple times.  I hope you end up with better luck than i have had. They wanted double for used parts for some of my other bikes than i could buy them from the dealership for.

That being said, if you need something that you cant find anyplace else, they usually have it.
