Is my rear wheel on all the way?

So, based on another thread, I am pretty sure it's on, but does this look right?
Everything is on...wheel, axle, spacer, brake, etc. Nut is tightened to axle. But that gap has me a bit concerned.
It looks like it should go a little further into the dust guard.
Am I good to roll?
Thanks,
John

Did one today, left wheel bearing. Looks right to me. If the axle nut is torqued to spec, and all the spacers are in, it has to be. (You torqued the four pumpkin bolts last, right?).

Did both bearings yesterday. Right bearing looked and felt great but I decided to change it anyway and glad I did. The inside of the bearing lost the seal and the ring that held the balls in place. Never would have guessed by the way they felt while still in the wheel. Lesson learned, away change both at same time.
