new Metzler front tire that is....I rode over to Woodstock, GA and back for it...I made it a 200 mile round-trip......and the thought of the bike quitting on me was in the back of my mind the whole time.....
BigValkyriefan was kind enough to send me a new petcock cover set until the one I ordered comes in...I got his in on Wednesday, installed it that evening, and today was the "Official" testing of it.....so far so good!!..
....I just hope that it holds up for a LONG time this go round!!....otherwise, I'll break down and buy a Pingel petcock.....
I should be ready now to head out for the B/G ride...looking forward to seeing some new faces from the VRCC......especially if they are FEMALE faces!!
