OK I will step up and plan Septembers meeting, but I'd like a little input from the Group.
Since his Majestey Sir John ( 2funny ) has declared the third weekend of the month as The Weekend...

That puts is on the weekend of the 15th and 16th...
I was thinking that the Brookville Hotel in Abilene and the Hays House in Council Grove would be good places to eat and relative central for most everyone. Your choice between the two days and two locations. I'll leave the poll up for a week and then have another week to get a head count (We will want to make reservations to make sure we have seats for everyone)

Someone should start making plans for Oct...

I would put in a request for BBQ at Williamsburg for October, though.  Hoser

BBQ in Williamsburg am I taking that you are willing to set that up for the third weekend of October!

Haven't seen a reply from Hoser yet on this one...

That's where I plan to be in Oct. I believe our Fearless Leader is headed south that weekend.
Between the Mo Fall Color Ride and the Texas State Ride In we may have to move the date in Oct.

Sorry for the delay, I figured the poll results were fairly self explanatory.

When: Saturday Sept 15th (High Noon)
Where: The Hays House, Council Grove, KS

I will be there, as will FireStarter. I have tentative reservations for 15, but would like to have a firm number so...

If you will be attending, or might be attending please reply with a head count ASAP. Thanks!
