Fuel injection.Ok where, how much and is there anybody offering anything like this anymore. I know I've seen Valks with it, I think just in house fabrication stuff for one off customs.

When Viking was in business, they built a couple of Valks with injection. Those bikes are owned by someone but others have tried it but no one has reported results or a parts list to make it happen.

Correct me if I am wrong! But didn't 1500 Gold Wings come with throttle body injection and if correct why can't they be used on a Valk.

Nope, not the 1500 Wings. All carb fed. The 1200 had a FI model, not familiar with how successful it was.

Did the 1500 Wings run fuel pumps?  I always looked at throttle as the simples for of fuel injection.  Did those carbs work well on the Wing?

The 1500 Goldwing has two carbs and a fuel pump. Only the GL1200 Ltd. had fuel injection but it was dropped when the 1500 came out due to the system being less than what Honda had hoped for. It wasn't until the GL1800 came out that Honda had the bugs worked out and felt confident in putting it the Goldwing. Don't remember the carb size on the 1500 Goldwing but I believe they are larger than the ones on the Valkyrie which makes sense as there is only two feeding six cylinders as opposed to six into six.

i have seen a couple guys pull the 2 carbs out and put the one throttle body out of an 1800 on the 1500s.  Looked like a hell of a lot of work, and not alot of reported gain other than "i did it" factor.
