Problem is both light s do not light up.  I have power at the switch on the right arm and the switch works properly.  Any thoughts? Both lights stopped working.

Did you check the power from the switch to the lamps? I recently had the same problem and it was the switch. Ordered a new switch from Cobra and the problem was fixed.
