I have been running Formotion guages, clocks thermometers and other guages for years.
I have recently had a small issue with a thermometer. Their customer service is unequaled in professional handling of these things .
The usual disclaimer.
Just a satisfied customer.

This is opposite my experience.  Can I ask, what was the small issue with your thermometer?

My Formotion Thermometer also went bad. A dark colored oil appear over the white face. Formotions customer service was great. I was out of the warranty period so they offered to upgrade my damaged Thermometer. They applied a cost of the old gauge to a new one. The new gauge is great.

Reply,
The problem with my thermometer gauge was that I needed a new back chrome  adaptor, for the lack of the exact term, and the part they sent me was the  wrong one. I BROKE the back  " chrome adapter " when I strippped the threads on it. They asked me to send it back to them, out of warranty, so they could see exactly what I needed.
To my surprise I received a NEW thermometer at NO CHARGE..
That's the rest of the story..

I got a little black plastic thermometer on my fairing, probably ran a few bux (came on the bike).  It's generally 10-20 degrees hotter than ambient temp because of the motor.  When parked, it's still hotter cause of the black fairing.
