At the Texas Rally this weekend, the MC was throwing gold coins from the stage with numbers on them for the drawing later that night.  The prize in question was a scooter and everybody was really excited about the chance to win a free scooter.  He finally announced the brand - Honda - and the idiots started throwing the coins back on the stage in protest.

Later, at the concert, a guy walks up to my Valk and wants to know "how many cc's does that motor put out?"  Answered his thousand questions bout that motorcycle cause he did not know anything about a bike.  When he finally got around to asking who built that bike, got his answer, I got a "hummmmp" and he turned and walked away.  Poor chap.  Another victim of marketing.
