They look like Hard Kromes at first but I dont see the double wall at the header area.  Also, HK's used their own mounting hardware and brackets in place of the stock rear foot peg setup.  They may be just a custom made set....
After looking again, I think he may have lined the pipes up wrong and they look like Hard Kromes but they are most likely Cobras.

I'm not interested them, but I know some are.
 however look closely looks like there is a weld dble wall when enlarging the pics. each head pipe looks like they have a seam weld.
I know u are the expert on them, u would know for sure what make they are.

On my Hard Kromes, when the pipes are mounted on the bike, the part of the pipes towards the bike are open.  The outer wall does not wrap completely around the inner pipe.  Not sure if I explained that clear enough or not.  I dont see any open sides on those pipes.

I love how the ad says "absolutely no signs of wear" and then if you look closely at ALL the pictures he points out all kinds of dents (signs of wear)  Gotta be careful out there
