Hey guys!  One of my front shocks is leaking oil.  I want to go ahead and replace the seals in both while the work is being done.  What parts do I need to buy to get this done?  I looked at the Bikebandit.com parts list for the front shocks and there are way too many parts for me to guess.

Blessings,
Kendall

The list of parts in the above post probably includes the bushings and stuff
listed as wear items in the manual... you can get the manual at
valkyrienorway.com...

I rebuilt my forks 50K ago, and replaced the wear parts. This july we
changed just my left fork seal in the parking lot at InZane... it is still holding
up great. Pulled the fork, took the cap off and drained it, pulled the slider
out of the fork leg which dislodged the old seal. Slip the old seal off at the
top of the fork leg, and push the new back on the same way... we put something
(tape is good) around the threads at the top of the fork so the seal didn't have
to slide over the threads. One of the inzaniacs (Stude31) pulled the fork
leg apart to dislodge the seal and put on the new seal with his seal driver tool... here's
an alternative...
