After being gone working in another state for 2 months, thinking I would be gone for only a week or two I return to my bike running very rough. I have white smoke coming out of the left pipe. It also will not idle without the chock on full, and when I give it a little throttle she stalls. Any idea on what is wrong with her. I'm thinking bad gas.

P.S. I did have the carbs worked on her in June and she ran like a champion when I left.

I hate to break the news but that is almost certainly caused by clogged slow jets. You're right about bad gas, E-10 goes bad quickly. You need to drain the gas out, replace it with a couple of gallons of new gas and add a bottle of Techron. Go for a ride to get the engine warm, then let it sit for a while and go for another ride. Use the choke if you have to to keep it running. See if you can turn the choke off gradually.
If not, let it sit overnight and try again. Rinse and repeat  Lips Sealed

If luck is with you it will clear after a few tries. If not, it's time to clean or replace the slow jets.

I seriously think it missed you more than anything else.
Take it for a nice long ride and see what happens.  2funny

I have taken notice to those who use that word (Precautionary) and abide by it are not only very happy in life...
