Folk's are already in the wind to hook-up in Knoxville, Tennessee and Wytheville ,Virginia. Meeting in Knoxville tonight Motel 6 402 Lovell Rd. Knoxville,TN. ( 865 ) 675-7200 ....Location # 1 for Thursday evening June 11..." BE SURE TO SAY " SMOKIN'JOE GROUP " TO GET DISCOUNT....We plan to ride for supper tonight at the Texas Roadhouse.( Meet at the motel 6:00 this evening ). Folks ridin' into Wytheville ,Va....Days Inn 150 Malin Dr. Wytheville ,VA. ( 276 ) 228-5500 ...Location # 2 for Thursday evening June 11..." BE SURE TO SAY " ROOM SAVER COUPON " TO GET A DISCOUNT. The Knoxviile group plans to roll out in the morning at 7:00 am ( local ) to meet the Wytheville group at 12:00 noon ( local ) tomorrow ( friday 6/12 ). I hope you can get some video to post with the line of riders going by. That would be great for those of us who wanted to go, but could not make it.

Much appreciated Melvin we have a severe thunderstorm warning in effect right now. I was looking at doppler and the folks coming out of the deep south are running in some nasty weather to get here  They have been there before as far as I know we have no fair weather biker's rollin' this way.Things weather wise looks somewhat better for the ride to Gettysburg tomorrow at least in the morning hours.Wish you could have joined us I'm bettin' this will be one to remember in many ways  |

This ride has been posted many times since around the first of the year ??? ...It's also on the VRCC home page. 3 hours is nothing we have folks ridin' in from 24 states and Canada...Bring It...LET'S RIDE |

Know you guys rode in some heavy rains yesterday. I made a small ride to Cass W.V. yesterday. Looks like some of my riding will be in the truck this trip. Another rainy day (40-50%) at Snowshow, W.V. This place is deserted. Oh well, so be it. Will make a run as soon as the fog lifts. You guys be careful and I too look forward to the pics of your ride.
