A friend of mine and i are about to get started in drag racing. We are total uninformed unskilled unknowledgeable newbies. But as all valk riders know, man its a rush to twist the throttle. At denton strip you can do it legally.he has a suzuki samaurai.A speed shop is taking a chevy v 6,bored it out, inserted corvette pistons, edelbrock heads and intake, competition cams, etc.it should dyno at about 320 hp.This will go into the 2700 pound suzuki.I expect it to be much faster than the stock suzuki was. From what I have read, looks we should be in Comp class. On test and tune nights it only cost $10.00.You can go there and run your ride on the strip as much as you want.I am going to take my 98 tourer and see what it will do.Why not,its all in fun.
