It's LOOKING like it was electrical and accidental... For everyone's sake, I really hope it was accidental. We might have had a lot of soft yankees move here in the last 50 years, but this is still Texas, and we don't take too kindly to people burning down our landmarks...

Grew up looking up to Big Tex... Yeah, I'm kinda bummed right now...

Well, ya'll are the GOOD kind of yankees! It's the ones that move here to get away from the way things are up north then try to change things here to be the same as they were back home that I don't care for... Wink

And sorry, I threadjacked my own thread in the first post. I think that's a first!

Luckily, they're already saying Big Tex will be rebuilt...
