ok I finally did it. finally went back to standard tire for my lady. I bought her with 32k miles on her, rode her for 4k miles then went darkside. I never did get an opportunity to see how she rode with the bike tire on before changing. 23k miles on the car tire later and 3 trips through the ark hills and 3 trips through the hill country later, I thought I might jump back into somewhat normalcy to see how it felt. I now have Metz 880s on front and rear and do not expect the same mileage or anything near but i do like the ride a little better, When I was curving on the CT it always seemed like I had to push it to go over... not a bad thing just different. With the MC it will just lay over almost too quickly...(riding learning curve) lol. I also noticed when riding over uneven pavement or painted surfaces my tire would struggle to go over the uneven surface. I have not had that problem so far with the MT. I did like the mileage and the cost of the CT vs the MT but the jury is till out on which I prefer to ride all the time.. I still like the Darkside and will support anyone who goes that way but I wanted to see how my lady rides in a conventional manner. I am looking forward to the ride through east Texas down to Lonestar. Hope to see some of you down that way.

I'm curious about which darkside tire you had.
