Wrong!!!! The USA is not, or at least not supposed to be a democracy, its headed that way. In a democracy their is no room for an individual rights, as majority vote rules. In our Constitutional Republic called the USA, we have a Bill of Rights that protects individuals irregardless of majority vote!
