Fellow members,

It is with a heavy heart that I pass along this information that a good friend, Ret. Brigadier Genreal James McPartlin, has passed away on October 25.  Keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

You may have met him at the Welcome Home Troops at DFW Airport.  He was also known as  Genreal Mac.  He was a good friend to many.

May he rest in peace.

Below is a pictures of Genreal McPartlin surrounded by some old friends.  From left to right is Helen, General McPartlin, Tuddy, me and my dad.

It was always good to see him out at the airport and listen at the feet of greatness. He'll be missed.
