Found these videos on youtube and really enjoyed watching this guy work on a Valkyrie that had been sitting for 5 years. He shows how to clean the tank that had been rusting and install a tank liner, then disassemble the carbs, clean and sync them, finally reassemble everything. I really enjoyed watching D-Ray, and kudos to him for putting this on youtube. I put them all together below so it's easy to watch the different parts.
