Was heading out for a chapter ride today and ran into Mr. Bubbles at the Huffman Exxon where we were prepping for our ride out to Winnie today.  Lunch at Al-T's and then back.  About 180 miles to start breaking in the new Diamond.

Hope that clutch is fixed soon and we can do some riding out here Mr.B.  Good to finally put a face with the name.

All back together just need to add oil (had wrong filter) and bleed the clutch  and I should be good. It was good to finally put a face to the name. I hope you had a good ride today. I sure wish I could have rode with ya.

No Fred the damper plate rivets had broken and the springs in the plate had stacked up on top of each other. Rode her yesterday for about ten miles on a shackdown and I really like the feel of the new clutch. Old one only had 159,000 miles on it. I do believe I could have put a new damper plate in there and rode a lot more on the rest of the assembly.
