Nelson Wi. Up river on Hwy 35 and across river from Wabasha Mn. is a great place to by your cheese and wine and it is a fantastic ice cream stop.

The Westby Cheese factory produces the best Cheese curd in Wisconsin. 30 miles south of LaCrosse on Hwy 14. Which also happens to run through the Coulee country with lots of hills, winding roads and scenery that will convince you that Wisconsin really is Gods country.

OK...so...anybody want to do a cheese run? Hell yes let me know when you are coming through and we can hook up on I-80 or take the scenic route of 6 to 151 and up. Or go the I 35 route up through Minnisota and over, your choice. |
