Looks like a run to VALKYRIE BREWERY might be in order. Looks to be about 1 1/2 hours from LaCrosse

They do have some good beer but  actually in my back yard 1 block  away is the Famous Linnie brewery. They have lots of tours and a big gift shop. & we have a nice free drive through park with critters. However I'm not a linnies fan but an Old Style fan which the beer was born in Lacrosse an now from Chicago and owned by miller.  The Brewery in Lacrosse is still in operation an is brewing City Beer which tates like yuk.

You have a Brewery right in LaCrosse you can visit called City Brewery it is where the Old Style Beer used to be made.
