I'm in the process of reassembling my forks after yet another seat of seals and replacing a damaged slider.  I'm second guessing the oil part. Where do you take the mesurements for full? I'vw even still got my saftey wire measuring sticks from last sprin even labeled left and right, I just don't remember where they go....(insert smiley beating head on wall)  Down the side of the fork tube or inside the slider?  This is what I get for only doing this once a  year and not more than that.... uglystupid2

Before you install the springs, put 22.7 oz in. Then measure down 5.3 inches from the top of the tube. Usually you'll still have to ad a bit more oil. Before the measurement, pump the damper rod a few times till you don't feel any free play in the stroke.
On the left side, install 25 oz and measure down 5.6 inches down.
Now insert springs and spacers etc.
