Can 4 inch risers be added to an Interstate without having to modify the cables or electric wiring on the handlebars? Thanks.

Yes, you'll have to reverse the little clip that holds the cables to the bars to give them a little more slack. Aeromach/Lamonster risers on mine.

Got Harley Deuces on mine, reverse the clips, reroute the cables, been that way for about 8 years.
