I have some HD pouches on my shield and use a patch to help so one of the tabs won't rub the shield. Can't say what it says cause it will get pulled, again, but always is a conversation starter. Has to do with a trailer tho.  Lips Sealed

My etching, or I should say "etching," is not really an etching. Mine are stickers applied to the inside/bike side of the windshield. Vinyl decals I bought off the internet.

I picked a pearl color so that it looks like etching.

I didn't want anything original, just a specific standard image, so that worked well.
Looks like an etching.
Works.
Non-permanent. I could always change my mind, carefully remove them, and try something else. Cheap is good.

OLd Geezer

I have there addverting card, and also talked to them about doing Insane ,I don`t know if they have contacted anyone yet for a vendor spot, there designs start at about $30. for something like a mud flap girl, and go up to how elaberate you want them to be mine was $80.but it should have been more I helped design it andand I gave them some information on some web sight to look at for help on designs.

If some one would put the contact info for venders on here I would be glad to e-mail it to them so that they might make arrangments to come to insane.

I wanted some thing a little more personal on my bike than a sticker ,to make it mine, I could by anyones design and stick it on there
but I think designing your own and having it done or doing it your self makes it more your own ,not what the artist decided to to ,being and artist my self I know how hard it is to make some thing for someone and have them say thats not quite what I had in mind and not be happy with it ,if you know what I mean Just my Opinnion though.

Just a little bit personalized

Even its own sound. Custom built exhaust that sounds like a small block Chevy engine.

I've been personalizing this one for lots of miles! Seems like very month I add another scar, scrape, or bump.

We call it "character".

So Daniel, did you have some matching character like the bike too from that ride?  Smiley

Hey BlackDuck , I hope some ectching arteest will be at the Inzane ....  now would I have to have an outline for the guy or do they have a book of designs to look at like a tatoo parlor .... I already have something on my side covers referring to my " FAT LADY " but I think having a fat lady on my windshield would be dangerous ..... I better think about something along the lines of a dragon of some sort ....or maybe my road name Old Geezer right above the chrome strip on the windshield ...... Hey Black Duck is that a picture of a ruptered duck on your windshield ?  see ya at the Inzane ....

Not sure why the helmet is nice and clean...maybe it was white when I started the trip?
