I would think about 200 bux should do it.  Lotsa prep, as the stripe between the colors has to be sanded smooth.

In my experience, sanding prep & filling around the vinyl stripe, priming, wet sanding, black coat, clear coat, sand and buff from a professional painter is going to be at least $600.00

I think $200 - $300 should get it depending on location.

I was recently quoted $350 to turn a black one two tone. Solid black should be less.

Within the past month I had  red/black two tone painted black.  I did the prep work myself.  The local shop primed, painted, and clear coated it for $195.  One thing about the prep, the red accent on the lid was actually tape that was clear coated over at the factory.  Once through the clear coat, I pealed it off with the aid of a heat gun.

My trunk, was born Green & Silver...  Had it done in Black.    Did the prep myself.  Lots of sanding with a palm sander.  Like others have said the upper color was a big decal, and the shop told me it would be worth my time to remove it...  Took it to a local auto body shop, and got it back in 4 days.  $225 was what it cost me.
