Has anyone here polished their rotors. Tried the search thingy and got plenty for forks and wheels but didnt see rotors.  I'm in the process of alternating shiny with black and this would work well if it works.

I did mine.  Much easier than the forks.  Came out pretty nice.

Mark T did a great job on preparing his Metal Polishing page.
See the bottom of this page for his comments on rotor polishing.

On polishing the wheels themselves - this is the best info I've found on it.  I've done it several times without setting up this spinning gear.  I have the drill press he used however.  Next time I do it, I'm going to follow this method, then clear-powder coat them and be done with it for good.

Thankfully I decided to black out the wheels.  By the time I'm done on the front it'll be Black wheels, Polished rotors, black lowers, chrome sliders, black tubes, and polished trees with black headlight and black risers to the chrome bars. I'm also going to black out the windshield hardware but leave the bolts chrome.
