What is the size of the fuel lines coming from the 6 way "T" to each carb? I bought 1/4" and it is loose. What size do I need?

Found it, 4.5 mm or 3/16. The lawn mower store had a short piece so I used that. No more fuel leak. Now just have to find the coolant leak.

Vacuum hoses are 5/32 but the fuel drains may be larger.

Coolant leak, look at the top hose when it has a little 'C' clamp on it.

It is kind of hard to get to, but it can be done if ya has any patience.

That is always where MGM developed a leak numerous times.   Then I added a circle clamp that would either take a screwdriver or a small socket,    No more leakie, the past 7 years.

PS: ya don't have to remove anything to change it out..    Just have a little patience. and presto, ya done before ya know it.   LOL

I think it is the top hose going into the thermostat. Got a socket with a swivel head in there and tightened it about a quarter of a turn. Let it run for half an hour and no leak so far.

If I wanted to replace all of the Fuel and Vacuum lines how much of each size 3/16-5/32 should I get. The bike is now 14 years old with all it's original rubber so I'm thinking it would be a good idea to start replacing them...

I got 3 feet of the 4.5 mm fuel line and that was a little more than enough. Paid like 8 bucks for it. Replaced the line from tank to the "T" last year, think it was 5/16" only took about a foot. Have not done the vacuum lines so I have no idea on them. Im going to do a desmog to get rid of some of that crap.

Vacuum hoses are 5/32 and fuel line is 5/16, with these sizes you almost don't need clamps

I believe that you are talking about the carb bowl drain hoses of which there will be six(6) going to a tee I think and then down under the bike

Those lines shouldn't have any gas in them unless you loosen the drain screw on the bottom of the bowls to drain your carbs. Probably telling you something that you already know tho
