instead of hacking up a set of Stock exhaust for mods, could I use the headers off of a set of goldwing pipes?

The 1500 goldwing exhaust headers would probably bolt up to the heads, but I believe they are single wall and FUGLY.  No chrome or stainless.  The exhaust headers are hidden by covers on the Goldwings.  (I think)

From looking on evilbay , I know that they are fugly, was just wondering about using them to make a collector and do a set of glasspack pipes.  then just use hitemp paint or something along those  lines.

If you look, the stock exhausts can be found, I sold a set of nice ones for $300.  You can find them for more and less.  I bought a used set for $200 when I made my glasspacks.  I think that would be the easiest, most cost effective way to go.  Especially if you can find a set some hacked up drilling and cutting and then didn't like them.

Found a set a couple days ago from an ex valk owner. Said they are brand new, were taken off and 6 into 6 were installed before leaving the shop. Said he wants 50 bucks for them. Told him id take them and now just waiting for him to call me. Just what I need to hack up and put truck stacks on.
