Looking forward to our first Inzane.  We have registered and have called the hotel about room availability.  Looks like rooms are blocked for the Club from July 13 - 20.

Just wondering when events, both official and unofficial, begin and end - just so we'll know what dates to book.

Appreciate the help!

Normally there are events every day, lunch rides, rides to support charities. Drawings for goodies every night. Last day is the main event, supper, mega drawing etc. Also they will supply maps for rides you can do daily. Always some thing going on.

Most people arrive Sunday (pm) or Monday (am) and leave Friday morning.  Usually a early bird hamburger dinner Sunday evening. The awards dinner is Thursday evening. Lots of things to do and lots of great people to meet cooldude

Arrive when you can and leave when you want.

& Lots of thing to win

PS   Bring pie money Wink

Appreciate the good advice, folks.  Inzane is coming at the end of a long cross-country-and-back trip for us.  We've decided to arrive Monday and leave Friday.  Rooms seem to be going fast - only rooms with 2 queens and 2 double beds are left.  Don't know how many of each remain.

Looks like pie money is a must as well!  OK, we'll see how they compare to the great baked goods here in NC.  Looking forward to meeting folks in July!

Ride safe until then...

Can you pay at the door or must you pay in advance?

It is however, extremely unforgiving of: inattention, ignorance, incompetence or stupidity.

Yes, and yes!   LOL

Pies are homemade by a wonderful lady, our own Motomama!

They are auctioned whole, and the proceeds go to the charity designated by the VRCC leadership.

Pie is my favorite, and I have been known to buy some!!  Yum, Yum!
