Info from the national board:

TR had to lay his bike down today.  It seems a car cut in front of him. Ranger's beat up some and scraped up. Said helmet probably saved him. He'll see his doctor tomorrow. Said he'd be alright. Bike totaled.

This info from Hard6 posts.

Catfish said Don has some road rash in various places, a few small holes in the elbows but other wise OK and heading to the doctor tomorrow.  Don't know if the bike totaled info is from him or his insurance, but good news is TR is rashed up but otherwise seems to be OK.

Folks, you need to be sending your prayers out to Don and Simone.

I hate hearing this type news, but much appreciate the heads up, Mark, as I rarely get to the main board.

Sounds like you dodged the high caliber bullet, Don. I guess Simone is the fortunate one. Where would she ever even start to look for someone ornery enough to fill your boots?! Seriously, let me know if either of you need any help.

The bike is replaceable. Might just be a good excuse to go to a Wing? ~Jeff

OMG..... mega prayers from Sugar Land. Glad TR's OK. I sent the posting to Duct Tape (in Espana). I hope he'll get the message and wear a helmet!

Our prayers are with you both! This seems to happen more each day, actually, I just wrote an article on it  in "From the Princess Seat" on our website www.dragonbrethe.com. If anyone would like to make a comment or opinion, just send me an email from the website and I'll be happy to post it. Our friend Dale who was wiped out a few months ago has fully recovered and is doing good. Actually, he has gone to a Wing as he got a great deal, $1600 including a matching trailer.

glad to hear he's mostly ok.  rashes heal and chicks dig scars, but it's pretty hard to get a new head bolted on.
