Quick Release Interstate Trunk Conversion???

Has anyone converted their Interstate to allow a quick release trunk/tour-pac?
If so, did you make-shift the HD quick-release system, find a source for the Valk I/S kit, or fabricate your own?

This is the only quick release for the I/S trunk I know of. Works quite well though.
