Don't you pickup fuel at one place and take it to all the different stations? Do any certain brands sell more quantity ? Or any other tanker jockey know? Just curious..TIA.

Hey Paul, yes that is my job alright.  I mainly take fuel to QT's throught the metromess, HEB's in Corsicana, Burleson, and even Ennis and Granbury.  Plus I go to Krogers too.  They all tend to sell pretty good.  Some of the guys and girls that haul fuel tend to lean more toward the QTs due to the lower price.  The QT on Precinct Line Road off of hwy 183.  Right now their fuel is $3.17 as of last night.  Due to the high construction, they have authorization to be that low to draw customers,  we drop there a lot here lately.  But I don't find out about the fuel prices till the very last second.  I go to FortworthGasPrices.com for most of my info.

We go to a few fuel racks around the DFW area to pick up fuel for QT.   QT has their certian blend versus other customers, such as Kroger and HEB stores.  I would go to QT first, IMHO.  Of course I look at price first, then what gas station its at.  I prefer QT due to the needed pit stop, food and convenience, and price, not in that order. And QT has the guarantee that if your vehicle motor is damaged internally by their gas, and you can prove it, they will pick up the tab to fix it.  You sometimes see the guarantee in the mens bathroom.  Unless you shop at Kroger, they have the fuel discount from .03 to almost .30 cents, depending on how many groceries, ect you buy.  They have their own blend also, as the rest of them do(at least thats what they tell us)  I talked to a few drivers and of course, everyone has their own opinion.  One of my dispatchers is an ex-driver and he swears by QT.
