can anyone tell me where the main ground off the battery mounts to the frame? Im down to this to give it another go on starting.

Left side of the bike, clutch cover bolt, right below the removable frame ext., directly behind the foot peg mounting plate. Also holds a retainer for a couple of breather/drain hoses.

One the left side of the bike, look between the frame and the alternator cover you should see a heavy gauge wire attached to the back end of the engine. I have not followed up to the battery. Maybe a good place to start.
