Used to come on here fairly often, but haven't had need in a while. @001 interstate, for the first time, is giving me some greif this spring. Starter problem, I beleive I have solved, but also have an issue with #6 not firing. Got power in the wire, plug is sparking, but no fire- possibly the valves need adjustment?

i'd say you have a plugged up slow jet in the carb on # 6.

You say there is spark is that at plug wire or did you pull plug and ground it and make sure plug is arching?   I would say not a valve adjustment but if plug sparks then you have a fuel problem. next step drain that carb bowl and see what come out sounds like a carb fuel problem

#6 has the vacuum line from the petcock in it. If the plug is black and
icky (Got power in the wire, plug is sparking, but no fire?) it
could be that your petcock is goofed up enough that gas is running down
the vacuum line to your #6 and fouling the snot out of it. Plus it could hydrolock that
cylinder... and when it happened to my buddy Gary, raw gas would
shoot out of his mufflers when he cranked the bike...

If the 'plug is sparking' then ignition isn't a problem. If you have the petcock vacuum line to that cylinder then that could be an issue. Check compression on that cylinder, even you can just did it with your finger, if its long enough just to eliminate an engine issue. But, chances are, the problem is the carburetor. If it has set for the winter then either the low jet/circuit is plugged or the float is stuck.
