Just some of the pics Kim took. I think she has more on her phone.
Great time, good weather. I think we need to add the Coney Island Drive Inn to our "Q" rotation list.  cooldude

Fourteen Valkyries & well over 20 people. We did need the banquet/party room they provided.  cooldude

Eddie, are you smiling at Betty Boop's behind? tsk, tsk.   Grin

Looked like a great day for a ride, however I was given a few things to accomplish at home that didn't involve motorsickles. But, my golfing bud's came to my rescue. While I was cleaning off the pool deck and back patio, they rode up in a golf cart and asked if I wanted to play the back nine with them. They were halfway through #7 at the time, figured with the crowd today it would be at least 40 min. before they finished the front nine. I looked at Rita who was supervising my efforts, first I got a bit of a frown then....aww, OK, go ahead. Just call me "flash" 'cuz I didn't wait for a change of heart.  cooldude

That back nine thing happens 2-3 times a month. One of my neighbors is one day younger than me but is in poor health so only plays nine holes most of the time. So as they're coming down the #7 fairway where we live, they either call me or if I'm out back just drive up and ask. Kinda fun, at least more fun than what had been planned for my afternoon.  police

Also had a great time, good seeing everyone and meeting new folks.

Ref the getting pics up here, you have to first upload them to a storage site then copy that URL and post that here.  It will (then) pick up the pics and show them to us.

You could also upload them to facebook and then  use the link facebook supplies to allow you to share your pics.  Post that link here and we can see them via the link.

cooldude What a beautiful day of riding and gathering! After meeting up with Billyboy, we meandered through the Errand cutoff to meetup with a few other riders at the Hess at rt 50 and Spring Lake. From there the Sheffjs lead us on one of the best Brooksville area rides I have been on in many years. Thanks Jerry! Who says we don't have good riding in Florida! I'm with Sherry, the names are hard to place to face, name tags at some point might be nice. We all are meeting new riders at each gathering. Another excellent location call. Yes we missed those that were not able to join us and your names were mentioned! Hopefully next meetup we'll gather a few more. Thanks again Florida Chapter! Great folks!

Todd and I had a great time, as well. And even Bob M was able to join us at the last minute after a Cannonball Run ride up I-75 from Ft. Meyers area (impressive, Bob!). Ditto Jim's comment about the Jerry/Sherry-led ride through Brooksville. Saw some scenery and backroads we would never have found on our own. Thanks for the photos, everyone!

Looks like a good time was had by all! We miss our Valk and all of you fellow Valk riders. It was 43* here this morning. Finally stopped raining this afternoon after about a solid 4 days of wind rain, etc.

Ride safe!

To those who rode with us: glad you enjoyed the ride... we did too. I must say, Jerry really does his homework to figure out good rides for us...all the time, so yes, I'm bragging on him a little too  laugh
We are awaiting the next meeting and hope work doesn't interfere!!  Shocked
