Bike back together, found a good deal of crud in the bottom of the tank. Carbs were pretty dirty. ALLOT of crud came out of the petcock when I cleaned it out with carb cleaner. Very small area of wear in the diaphram. Also replaced the petcock vaccuum to #6, it wasn't cracked through. but looked close to the end of it's life.
Maybe this is why I always had fuel problems and blamed it on ethanol fuel??? Didn't get to put in the #38's, the guy that has them for me din't come through.

Seems to run very well, I always like to think it runs better than it does after completing maintenance. Probably just in my head, no fuel problems though

they always say. Good on ya as the bug killer DDT would say. I know that was a pain Doug. Now quit workin on it and ride it.
