 I am looking to buy a 70 Bonneville for parts to restore mine. What I need is someone who is wiling to take a look at it to make sure the body is in as good a shape as the guys says. I would be more than wiling to pay for your gas or time to do this for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks....

If you cannot find someone in the Sacramento area, eBay has an inspection service connected with them where you pay a set fee to have a vehicle inspected.  I do not know what the fee currently is, but it was $90 a few years ago when we had a vehicle inspected before we decided to buy it.

They did a thorough job and sent pictures of the vehicle to our email address.

I looked it up.  It is under eBay motors and at the bottom of the page - buyer services.  The price is $99.50 for a 150 point inspection.
