Excellent video!!  Thanks for sharing.  I really like that Finland Valkyrie Riders jacket!

That is really beautiful countryside there in Finland.  I think Werner had mentioned that the meet was held in Kouvola.  I was curious whether Kouvola is in the Northern or Southern part of Finland, but I could not find it on the map I was using.  Regardless whether it is north or south, I am guessing that they get lots of snow during the winter.

One question...with all of the different languages being spoken at a the European Inzane, what is the common language used to communicate?  German?  English?

Thanks,
Jim

The current language is English, but there was so many Germans that I think that was the language I heard everywhere  Smiley
Not many Germans speak English, so we use the international "body-language"

Here is my route:

Grey weather the first 4 hours, after that it was warm and sunny rest of the week.

It seems that there are quite a few "Rockers" along with the VRCC patch.
I know that people from different countries and regions within those lands want to show an allegience. That is so comendable, and I wish more American VRCC members could be so proud as to display there chapter affiliations.

Great video DAG.

 Smiley  Thanks

You can see my fron wheel an fender on the video...

On Sunday when we left Kouvola I became aware of a oil leak on my righ fork leg. It became quite bad and the brake rotor and front tire was wet of oil. I had to be very careful at right turns all the way home. The right pegs... yes, peg(s)... I have highway pegs  Grin  (I think its only Hay that understand what I mean) was slippy. The fork leg was empty before we reached the border to Norway. I had Harley boots, but I belive they are oil resistant  Grin

Same thing happened to my right fork seal, leaking all over the brake and wheel/tire.  I know you can repair it, I've watched your video!!
Good to hear you had a good time and made it home safely.  Looking at Andy's post, you are front and center on the video, before pressing play.
It DOES make it a little more comfortable having your very own highway pegs.  hehe

P.S. Waaay cool video there Andy!

Nobody from Italy.
A couple of my friend are in Italy riding with Sil now.
I met Sil last summer and showed him the Atlantic Ocean Road, close to where I live.
