I bought a batwing fairing off of an ol' boy on the side of the road. He didn't know anything about the manufacturer. I could not pass up the deal ($15.00) but I have no idea who made it.
 1) It has 5 holes to mount a windshield
 2) It had a complete ring, with holes, around the headlight hole, like a headlight was supposed to mount there.
 3) It had a.......piece below the headlight ring that would have wrapped around the front forks.
 4) It has 4 mounting bolts on the inside.

I say it "had" several things because it would not fit until I cut those pieces off.
The mounting  studs did not align (I knew upon purchase all of the above) so I manipulated flat bar to make mounts from the studs to my MS fork mounts.
A CLub BRother gave me a HD three hole shield, none of the holes (except the middle) lined up so I drilled the 4 remaining holes in the lexan and mounted it anyway. It turns out to look great however the HD is approximately 1/2" to narrow. The best measurement I can get is 23" from outside edge to outside edge.
 Any ideas on Manufacturer?
If I can figure out how to post pictures I will, Finished product only

It sounds to me like an earlier Harley fairing.  The older ones had five hole windshields.  The newer ones have three.

Don't know what year(s) Harley discontinued the five hole windshield fairings and went to the three hole version.

Now that you've posted some pics, I'm pretty sure it's an earlier Harley fairing.
