Gentlemen,

I was at a wrench party and was told the fork mounted wind deflectors make a big difference. I leave in 4 days for a 2,800 mile ride and really want to mount some up before I go. Problem is I have spent the morning looking and cannot find a deflector and mounting kit for the Standard.

Can you please point me to where I can quickly buy fork mounted wind deflectors and a mounting kit? I have a Memphis Shades Fatty Windshield, and a Cobra Light Bar that I will have to work around.

FYI - I'm not interested in the Baker Air Wings, nor do I like the BigBikeThings option (huge ugly bolts sticking out the top of each side, yuck).

I had the small memphis shades fork deflectors. last yr they came out with these large ones, which I installed using the attachments brackets I already had. work extremely well.

Suggestions Mike, I need suggestions.

The best deal I found for my Memphis Shades lowers was on eBay.

I got the correct part numbers I needed from the Memphis Shades website and then found the mounting kit on a separate auction and then found the tinted lowers I wanted on another auction.

You might can find what you're looking for there and get the seller to overnight ship.....most do.

I only said "ouch" because I have the ones you don't like... but they work with the Cobra

On another thread someone just posted this link:  http://rifle.com/BikeProducts.aspx?BikeNo=750

I've had good luck with MS lowers. They mount up well.

Update - From a suggestion I finally found the Rifle Products to be a good match. I called customer service to order and they took great care of me.

I will update again once installed.
