Hi guys, I'm a newby to this forum and I have a probably simple question. I recently purchased my bike and was wondering if some one could tell me where the actual aux input for my 99 Interstate is located at. Thanks in advance

you will see several wires with covers, some large, some smaller.  The one you want is a 1/8" female connector with a cover over it.  Usually what you need for connection is a 1/8" double male cord long enough to go to you auxilliary device.  Put the control on the radio to aux and adjust the volume accordingly.

Looked under the right side cover and found the Aux. Plug with the cover along with another big plug similar to the intercom connector and a lot of wires and dirt. Thank you guys for your help.
