I'm having trouble locating a screw to hold the back of the passenger seat..  I havec  luggage rack also.  I ordered this part from motosports, but it did not fit..  it seems like the right screw would be just a touch bigger than a #10, 1.25 inches long and 32 teeth per inch...

DOes anyone know for certain?

You can or should be able to buy the screw you need at your local ACE hardware.  It available in chrome and stainless also.  I found one there.  Hoser
