BJ and I rode the Wing to Marlin, TX to visit my sweet mother.  It was her birthday by the way.  
We had a good visit and had lunch out at the country club near her house.

It was nice and cool in the morning and was 93 on the way home... It cooled off in the evening and we managed to dodge all of the rain storms that hit the Northwest side of Houston.  We also got to see many of the fireworks displays on the way home.

it was a good day.  And we stopped at Dairy Queen in Hempstead for ice cream!!

Glad yall enjoyed the trip, will be heading to Waco today, will pass near Marllin. Happy Birthday to your MOM, may she have many, many more.
