I found a interstae on ebay for $7k, no one has bid on it??????? Is there something I don't know??? 54k is OK cause that means it has been riden, no CB radio, if I have a cb from a standard, will it work on the interstate? fb

VRCC member Wolf has a black Interstate for sale also for $7,000 and it has less miles and a cb. He had it at The Blue / Gray Ride and I'm amazed someone has'nt bought it yet.

99 Interstate, 42k, stock exhaust,new tire on front,60% on rear. CB radio, bag rails,Black with suttle pinstriping in blue and grey by "The Mountian Man".Runs and rides perfect, if you look close you can find some light pitting on mirror stems and such ..but overall a very clean bike.

If the CB is very important to you they can be had for about $700.  Michael Terry (Valkyrie Bling and More), I believe, sells an after market CB for the Interstate.

Oh, and I have one, but I'm saving in in case my Interstate (sometime in the future) turns out to need one.

I think you should get one and surprize Mark  when he gets home.  I bought mine it had 59k on it. I  changed all fluids and all wheel bearings and did the spline greasing and haven't looked back. I did have to replace the alt. at 94k. just turned 106k  two weeks ago while taking a 825 mile ride with the wife. Hope to see you soon on an I/S.
