Found them worn by 50 to 60%. Most wear is on the acceleration side. Wheel flange and final gear splines equally worn. Shaft and U joint are good.
Question is:
If I give them a good clean and lube, can I carry on using them until the winter?
Am I going to wear off anything else?
What kind of wear should I expect from now and on?

You can relube them and continue use but don't be hard on them. The drive unit will need a rebuild soon. Good luck.

If you do decide to reuse them, be certain you get them aligned when reinstalling.  All that means is tightening the big axle nut while leaving the four final drive mounting nuts finger tight.  AFTER the axle is torqued to spec then tighten the final drive nuts.  Failure to follow this procedure has destroyed countless sets of drive splines.

Thanks for advise. I wish I had taken some photos before I put her back together.
Well lubed now with new O rings and the 4 nuts were the last to be torqued.
I just want to enjoy the summer and do the fixes during the coming winter.
But.... I wonder and worry if the fixing bill gets bigger by wearing out other parts like shaft splines and/or U joint.

Your drive splines have worn separately from the rest of the stuff. With everything lined up correctly, why would they wear now? Probably the drive splines were misaligned or not greased correctly, which caused the wear. If you did the rear service correctly, the rest should be OK. I would for sure take it easy on the driveline until you get it fixed, or you might get to see how easy a Valk pushes Grin
