I am looking for a sissy bar pad that will support the lumbar area in the lower back. My Wife is 5"4inch and 110pounds.
the stock OEM pad hurts her back after about 110miles on the road.
I have been looking on the internet and I have not found anything.
looking for advice, thank you.

I doubt you'll find something off the shelf. You could have a custom one made. With wifey seated, take side photos and measurements. Remove the stock pad and have a pro seat guy make one with a lumbar at a lower position.

Or just bungee a small stiff cushion under the backrest.

You might want to look at a different seat system like the Ultimate, very comfy for passenger as well as driver.

Saw a guy recently that had used a boat bumper pad for lumbar support. It was about 8-10 inches long and maybe 3-4 inches diameter. He said it works great and was cheap. Oh yeah, and he had it on his Goldwing seat.
