You can, but I personally prefer the Genuine Honda stuff from the car dealer. Same stuff and cheaper than the bike shop. Make sure the Prestone says "NO silicates", not "LOW silicates".

Make sure the anti freeze says it is free of silicates. Also mix it with distilled/purified water. The water might also say deionized.

I recently noticed that the 'regular' Prestone (in the yellow jug) at Walmart now says 'silicate free/extended life' on the label. This is a change from what I read on their website in the past. It seems like this is a trend with most brands, probably because lots of vehicles require the silicate free stuff.
I've used Havoline's extended life coolant in both Valks for nearly 200,000 miles with no problems whatsoever. The brand is getting harder to find so I'll probably switch to prestone when my stash runs out. I'm sure the Honda coolant is fine, but their price is ridiculous, especially when others are just as good.
